SHIPPING POLICY

By ordering products from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, kindly refrain from ordering from this website.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • For failed delivery attempts, customers must pay 20% of the total invoice value to offset delivery fees.

SELF-ARRANGE DELIVERY 

  • Customer ResponsibilityCustomers must arrange their own delivery and cover all related costs.
  • Pickup CoordinationAfter checkout, customers must contact us via WhatsApp @ +6589208048 to confirm pickup details.
  • Stock Availability – If stock is unavailable at the designated store, we will arrange a transfer, which may take 3 business days. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.
  • Pickup Location & TimingOrders must be collected from Marina Square Outlet.
  • Liability DisclaimerOnce the order is picked up, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays during transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
    • Customs policies, regulations, or import taxes.
    • Issues beyond our control, such as the refusal to accept parcels due to importation taxes.
  • Failed deliveries due to non-compliance with regulations will be treated as disposed packages.

Note: Customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping costs and related taxes for returning non-faulty items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

IMPORT TAXES & REGULATIONS

  • Customers must check and comply with their country’s import rules and taxes.
  • We will not accept returns or refunds if customers refuse delivery due to import taxes.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Your total shipping charges will automatically be computed during checkout before the completion of your order.
  • For Singapore domestic delivery is set based on the platform, otherwise stated.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Your order will be processed within 2 working days of receiving your order to be ready to be dispatched.
  • Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays and DOES NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

3 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY

  • Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays and DOES NOT include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
  • The day of order is received DOES NOT count as a working day

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

  • The dispatch time will be within 3-5 working days from our distribution centre, after your order is processed.
  • The delivery time will be based on the standard of shipping that you have chosen upon checkout.
  • Upon order confirmation, you will receive a tracking number from our Third Party courier agent.

PRE-ORDER DELIVERY

  • Please note that if your orders consist of PO and ready-stocks, they will only be delivered together when PO items arrive.
  • If you would like to receive the ready-stock items first, please make a separate order.

 

REDELIVERY

1. Definition of Incorrect Delivery Address:

  • An incorrect delivery address is defined as any address provided by the customer that is inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified by our delivery team.

2. Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of order placement. This includes the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), city, state or province, postal code, and any additional delivery instructions.

3. Customer Assistance:

  • Customers are encouraged to double-check their delivery information before confirming their order to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges. 

4. Refund Policy:

  • Redelivery fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of the additional delivery attempt. Customers will not be eligible for a refund of the redelivery fee in the event of an incorrect address.

  • Please note our distribution center is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays in Singapore.
  • All orders will be processed on the next working day.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, parcel weight, and size.
  • You can view the shipping charges during checkout or by clicking "View Cart".

Important Note:
We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the respective destination countries. Customers are advised to check their country’s importation regulations before placing an order.


OVERSEAS CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • Recipients are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by their government upon parcel arrival.
  • These charges are typically collected by the shipping agency or courier upon delivery. Due to varying regulations across locations, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance.
  • For detailed information on customs-related fees, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Important Note:

  • Customs regulations require us to declare the full order value on the package. Customs agents determine whether to release the parcel.
  • We cannot accommodate requests to declare a value different from the total purchase amount.
