1. DELIVERY

1.1 Shipping Charges

For local order, Free Shipping is available for standard delivery by a minimum spend of SGD50.

For overseas order, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s) at checkout. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

1.2 Delivery Time

Your order will be processed within 2 working days upon receiving your order to be ready to be dispatched.

Local Order Delivery
The delivery time will be 2-3 working days from when the order leaves our distribution centre. However this will not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

International Order Delivery
The delivery time will be 7-10 working days when the order leaves our distribution centre. But in the event that it takes longer than this, please allow up to 20 working days from the date your order leaves our distribution centre.

Special Notice: 
Please note our distribution centre is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in Singapore.

For orders placed on, or the day before one of these days, processing time will be extended by 1 – 2 working days

Slower delivery may be expected during public holiday periods due to the closure of the distribution centre and high demand.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays in Singapore.

 

2. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please note that all items are shipped from Singapore and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. 

Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and Phitensg will not accept liability for any such costs.

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.


3. RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email our Customer Services online@phitensg.com prior to returning it and our team will advise you how to proceed. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning of non-faulty item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Special Notice: 

We do not accept exchange, return or refund for undergarments, socks and sale items.

3.1 Returns from Singapore

You may bring the item(s) that you wish to return to any of our official retail outlets in Singapore http://phitensg.com/store-locations/ , together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund is unable to be done in the retail outlet. You are allowed to choose other product of equivalent or higher price and top up the difference.

Alternatively, you may email our Customer Services online@phitensg.comprior to returning it and our team will advise you how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning of non-faulty item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


3.2  International Returns

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of credit to your account under Phitensg.

Refund will be in the form of credit note to your account for your next purchase at Phitensg. No cash refund is allowed.

We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.

Special Notice: 

In the event of out of stock for the item of your order, you will be contacted by our customer service.

You may choose for a full refund or change your order to other items of equivalent value.

If you choose for a full refund, we will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
